Gautam Bose, a 1991 law graduate from Delhi University registered with the Bar Council of Delhi. He began his career as a practicing lawyer with Supreme Court and Delhi High Court. He was the legal counsel of the United Nations and served as United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, Philippines and Thailand. He is a legal professional with more than 35 years of in-depth experience across diverse sectors like Telecommunications, IT & ITES, Automobiles, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Maritime and Admiralty Law with International exposure. He has worked with reputed entities such as Nokia, Bharti Airtel, Daewoo Motors, Escorts, Flag Telecom, Global Cloud Exchange and RCom in senior management and leadership positions with expertise in legal matters relating to Corporate Governance; Statutory, Regulatory, Compliance & Licensing issues; Global M&A; International Transaction Contracts; Civil & Criminal Law; Company Law; Constitutional Law; Arbitration; Competition Law; Employment & Labour Law; Maritime Law; FIPB issues; Intellectual Property Rights and Knowledge of USFCPA and UK Bribery Act.
